My yoga services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you are an expectant mother, someone dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking to deepen your yoga practice, I have something for you.
Slow Flow and Meditation at Island Health and Fitness
Schedule: Tuesdays 6:30-7:15 PM, Fridays 4:30-5:15 PM
Description: This class is beginner-friendly but also suitable for those with more yoga experience. We’ll mindfully stretch and open the body to release tension and improve posture, then transition into techniques to prepare the mind for meditation, such as breathwork and mantra. The class concludes with an extended seated meditation, which I will guide you through.

Prenatal Yoga
My Prenatal Yoga classes provide a supportive and nurturing environment for expectant mothers. These classes combine elements from hatha and vinyasa yoga to help you maintain a healthy pregnancy, prepare your body for childbirth, and connect with your baby.
Class Schedule: Every Monday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Jillian's Drawers Community Room.
Activities: Breathwork, movement, and deep relaxation tailored to all stages of pregnancy.
Benefits: Promotes easeful pregnancy and birth, helps manage pregnancy discomforts, and provides a space to connect with other expectant parents.
No Experience Necessary: Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience required.
Postnatal Yoga
My Postnatal Yoga classes are designed to support new mothers in their recovery and adjustment to life with a new baby. These classes focus on restoring the body, calming the mind, and building a supportive community.
Class Schedule: Every Monday from 12 PM to 1 PM at Jillian's Drawers Community Room.
Activities: Stretching, toning, relaxation, and pelvic floor strengthening.
Benefits: Aids in postpartum recovery, helps relieve stress, and fosters connections with other new parents.
Babies Welcome: Bring your baby to class, though the primary focus is on the parent's well-being.
Thai Yoga Massage
Often referred to as “lazy man’s yoga”, thai massage is like yoga being done to you. Expect to feel stretched out and relaxed by the end of a session, which ranges from 60-90 minutes. This dynamic form of bodywork is performed on the floor on mats.
Private Yoga Sessions
For those seeking personalized attention, my Private Yoga Sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide a customized experience in the comfort of your space or mine.
Class Pricing
Group Classes: $25 per class or 5 classes for $100.
Drop-ins Welcome: Drop-in participation is welcome if space permits.
