Often referred to as "lazy man's yoga", this is like yoga being done to you. This is dynamic body work, done on the floor on mats, where you can expect to feel stretched out and ultra relaxed by the end.

I'm trained to encapsulate in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method, where the placenta is first steamed before being dehydrated and put into capsules. I also include prints of the placenta on watercolor paper and the dried cord as a keepsake. Ask about other placenta medicines such as tincture or salve!
